The plane is the fastest way to get to New Zealand, the country is about 3 and a half hours flight from the coast of Eastern Australia. Numerous airlines have flights to New Zealand, in addition to the flag carrier Air New Zealand there are Qantas, Emirates, Singapore Airlines, Cathay Pacific, Malaysia Airlines, Thai, Korean Air, Royal Brunei, Virgin Blue, LATAM, Jet Star, Air Pacific, Aircalin, Air Tahiti Nui, Jal, United, and American Airlines.

An alternative route for British Airways is to fly from London to the United States and from there to cross the Pacific Ocean with other airlines.

Air New Zealand flies from London to the United States and then crosses the entire Pacific Ocean, it is a journey that, between flights, plane changes and stopovers, lasts between 34 and 40 hours. Alternatively in codeshare with other companies there are flights that pass through Japan or China.

Cathay Pacific, Malaysia Airlines, Thai, Korean Air, Royal Brunei, Jal use the Asian route. As Aerolinas Argentinas, Lan, United, Air Canada, Air Tahiti Nui, and American Airlines pass through the Pacific Ocean.
